Filter Coffee Masterclass

Learn how to make a great cup of filter coffee, probably the most accessible way to make great coffee at home. We will cover the basic principles of coffee brewing and how to implement them in practise. We will then brew a cafetiére, an Aeropress and a Kalita wave pour over filter, covering the techniques involved, leaving you with all you need to know to brew delicious coffee for your friends and family.

You will leave this class with a new understanding of how to brew filter coffee and the different methods of doing it, how to turn any coffee into a delicious brew, along with a bag of freshly roasted coffee to practise your new life skills with.

Maximum of 4 people per class lasting 2 hours.

Classes start at 6pm in our Udny cafe.
