Shipping policy

Woohoo! Thanks for looking at our coffee and how we will get it to you, or how you will get it from us! 

Roasting schedule
We are continually roasting and always have coffee ready to send straight out. 

Pick up

We offer order pickup from both our Udny and Ellon cafes. 

If you are lucky enough to live in the beautiful area close to our coffee roastery in Udny, Aberdeenshire, then you can turn the mundane into a great wee outing for a fully fledged visit or a take away flat white and get your order at the same time.

If you are nearer to the bustling town of Ellon we can get your order to be picked there too! This can sometimes take a little longer as there isn't someone going from the roastery to the Ellon cafe everyday. 

We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to pick up. Please come with a way to show your confirmation of order email. If the cafe is jumping, please expect things to take a tiny bit longer when you come to collect your order. 

UK Shipping
As soon as your order is ready we will holler the friendly local postie who will whisk it away from the roastery door and on its way to you. We use Royal Mail tracked services for all our UK deliveries with a 24 and 48 hour option. For orders over £30 (£15 for a subscription - only Tracked 48), the shipping is on us! 

If there are any issues with the shipping please drop us a line on roastery@thecoffeeapothecary.co.uk. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail don't consider an item lost until after 15 working days.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the U.K.. However, if you are really desperate for our coffee or one of our other products, please email us on roastery@thecoffeeapothecary.co.uk and we will see if we can help.
