We will cover the principles behind making espresso, the techniques involved and practise pulling some tasty shots. We will then pull back to the start and cover different coffees and what to expect, as well as how to taste, diagnose and adjust your recipe to make a great tasting espresso. We will briefly touch on how to steam milk and have a dabble in latte art to finish off.
You will leave this class with a new understanding and appreciation of espresso, the knowledge of how to turn any coffee into a delicious espresso drink and a bag of freshly roasted coffee to practise your new life skill with.
Maximum of 3 people per class lasting 2.5 hours.
Classes start at 6pm in our Udny cafe.
