Jhoan Ricardo Dussan is a coffee producer from Planadas, Tolima, where he manages his farm La Campiña, named after the wild Tolimense countryside.
Passionate about showcasing the quality of his region, Jhoan focuses on producing microlots that take part in national and international competitions, opportunities he views as platforms to position his coffee and reach new markets.
On his farm, he works with both traditional and exotic varieties and experiments with a range of processing methods to highlight the diversity of flavour profiles found at La Campiña. This micro lot of the Pink Bourbon variety has undergone a honey process.
