THE PRACTICALITIES

TO ORDER
Add what you need to your cart and then click checkout to place an order. You won't be charged at this point, instead we will send you an invoice when we dispatch the coffee.

Order over 5 kg = free delivery, Shipping - £6 for less than 5kg (or a smaller charge for very small orders)
Order over 10kg = 10% off your order (weekly or fortnightly order)

SCHEDULES
We generally roast mid-week each week and dispatch the orders the same day. Please try and order by the end of the day on Sunday or early on a Monday for that week's roasting. That helps us plan the right amount to roast.

INVOICE TERMS
We greatly appreciate if invoices are paid within 14 days.

QUESTIONS OR NEED HELP?

A FEW TIPS THAT MAY HELP

GENERAL ORDERING TIPS
We very much appreciate that getting your coffee order right is really important and can be tricky.

Here are a few tips that may help
- We find our coffee tastes best at around 4 weeks after it was roasted. It will taste great for a month or two after that, then will slowly fade.
- With that in mind, we suggest ordering what you think you will need in 4 weeks time and having 4 weeks supply in your cafe/store. If you are stuck, we can sometimes help with coffee that is rested but not often as that will be using from our own cafes' supplies.
- For our own cafes, we try to have a best guess at what we will need each week and top our supply up to 4 weeks' worth. For an easy example, if we did about 10kg a week then we would order enough to top that back up to 40kg in our store.

STOCK LEVELS
We try to give a rough idea of how much of each coffee we have left and how long that may last. This can change fast so please always ask if in doubt. We know it can be frustrating to plan to put a coffee on for the next month only to find it is then all finished.

RETAIL COFFEE BAGS
When we first opened our first cafe we never used to stock retail coffee bags. Over time we introduced them and before we started roasting our own, we were shifting at least 30 bags a week at each of our cafes. That is a great way to increase sales. It is a hard market to build but we think it is well worth it in the long run. With retail coffee bags we would suggest topping up each week with fresh ones. See how you go and shout if you have any questions.
