He started with a 18 hectare farm and purchased a coffee pulper. This enabled him to produce exceptional, fully washed coffees. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2018 there were some country wide regulatory changes which enabled him to become a exporter directly to discerning buyers. This was just the beginning of him expanding, and in 2022 he acquired four further collection points for farmers to bring their coffee cherries to. One of these is Badeyi where this coffee comes from. These cherries are then taken to his main washing station where his staff pay meticulous attention to detail to produce this stunning coffee. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApricot flavours burst through at first, followed by a lovely, black tea note that becomes more apparent as the coffee cools.
